This South Side Story event is a premier event organized by Red FM. The South Side Story Contest offers 2(two) selected winners with the opportunity to perform live alongside their favourite music bands during the South Side Story Event - 2024 Edition (“Event”).

RedFM invites musicians and singers across India to participate by uploading their entries onto the microsite – https://southsidestory.in/hit-up-us (“Microsite”) which is run, managed, and operated by Digital Radio (Delhi) Broadcasting Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its corporate office at D-45, Sector - 2, Noida, UP - 201301, and registered office at: Flat No. 401, 4th Floor, Dakha House 18/17, W.E.A. Karol Bagh New Delhi-110005, (“Organizer”).

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN IT SOUTH SIDE STORY 2024 CONTEST (“SSS CONTEST”)

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the SSS Contest, the Participants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions available at https://southsidestory.in/.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change, defer, alter, or cancel this SSS Contest in part or full, or change any or all terms and conditions of the SSS Contest, without prior notice of any kind.
3. Decision of the Organizer in general, and with respect to this SSS Contest, shall be full, final, binding, and non-contestable upon the Participant.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

1. This SSS Contest is open to all Indian citizens above 18 (eighteen) years of age, as on the date of submission of the entry.
2. Each of the participation shall in the SSS Contest shall be on a single participation basis only and, group participation is not allowed in this Contest.
3. The Participant i.e. the musicians/singers must submit their entries individually online through the designated section at the Microsite. Entries could also include a video URL of the performance, a brief introduction, and any other relevant information of the Participant.
4. The SSS Contest shall go live on the Microsite on 25 June 2024 at 12:00 AM and the participation shall close on 25 July 2024 at 11:59 PM.
5. The Participants may submit multiple entries.
6. Any entry including or depicting anything foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable, inappropriate, or against public policy or morality shall lead to disqualification at the sole discretion of the Organizer and the Organizer reserves the right to reject any non-compliant or inappropriate entries.
7. The Participant understands that the registration and/or submitting an entry does not guarantee selection or participation, and selection shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The applicant waives any right to question the selection process or non-selection.
8. The Participants must provide factual information. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries if falsifications are detected.
9. Entry into one stage of the audition does not guarantee entry into the finale. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any Participant at any stage without assigning any reason.
10. The Participants must maintain cordial behaviour with the judges and co-participants. Misbehaviour may lead to disqualification at the discretion of the Organizer.
11. Anyone accompanying participants does so at their own risk and expense, and the Organizer is not responsible for them.

3. MECHANISM OF THE CONTEST

1. All entries uploaded onto the Microsite will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by the Organiser.
2. The selection process and announcement of winners will be conducted online.
3. 2(Two) selected winners will be announced on-air on the radio station of the Organiser and through the official social media handles of the Organizer.
4. 2 (Two) selected winners will be invited to perform live at South Side Story 2024 event.
5. All travel and accommodation expenses for the winning participants performance at South Side Story 2024 will be borne by such participants, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for any such expenses.
6. The winning Participants must carry their own food, water, refreshments, and emergency medication as needed during the Event.
7. The winning participants must bring their own instruments, costumes, and props. The Organizer will not provide these.
8. The opportunity to perform live at South Side Story 2024 is the sole and sufficient gratification for the winners of the SSS contest. By participating, all participants agree that this performance opportunity constitutes full and complete compensation and satisfaction for their participation and winning.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in the Event materials and responses, shall vest solely with the Organizer at all times.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Organizer is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions. All information provided is on an "as-is" basis without warranties.
2. The Organizer, its affiliates, and sponsors shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from participation in the SSS Contest.
3. The Organizer is not liable for non-performance of obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions.
4. The Organizer is empowered to make decisions in case of conditions beyond these terms.
5. Any deterioration in participants' health during the SSS Contest is not the Organizer's liability.
6. The Organizer retains the right to take legal action in case of untoward incidents, issuing warnings where necessary.
7. The Organizer will protect Participants' personal data in accordance with its data privacy policy available at https://southsidestory.in/. By participating, the Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for Event administration. The Organizer will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law or for the purposes of Event administration.
8. The SSS Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify rules and terms without prior notice by posting the applicable terms on its website.
