• Yes, you may carry laptops, cameras, and tripods inside the venue. However, South Side Story and the organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Visitors are advised to take care of their own equipment. Any photos, videos, or other content captured at the event are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the organizers.

What is included in my South Side Story pass

• Your South Side Story pass grants you entry to the festival on both days, giving you access to all live performances and festival experiences. Food, beverages, Sadhya, merchandise, and other paid activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Can I upgrade my South Side Story ticket after booking?

• Currently, ticket upgrades are not available after booking. We recommend purchasing the pass that best suits your requirements at the time of booking.
