How much does the Fan Club Arena Upgrade cost?

• Single Pass: ₹500
• Buddy Pass: ₹850
• Group of 5 Pass: ₹2,000

Do I need to pay the full ticket price again?

• No. You only need to pay the applicable upgrade fee for your existing ticket category.

Is the upgrade fee refundable?

• No. Once the upgrade is successfully processed, the fee is non-refundable.

How do I upgrade my ticket?

• Simply check your registered email for the upgrade communication, click the personalized upgrade link, enter your Order ID, complete the payment, and receive your upgraded ticket confirmation.

Where can I find my Order ID?

• Your Order ID can be found in your original ticket confirmation email from Skillbox.

How long is the upgrade window open?

• Eligible ticket holders receive a 72-hour exclusive priority access window to upgrade.

Can I transfer my upgrade link?

• No. Upgrade links are unique and tied to the original ticket purchase.

Can I upgrade after 72 hours?

• No. The upgrade window closes permanently after the 72-hour priority period.

Will my original ticket remain valid if I don't upgrade?

• Yes. If you choose not to upgrade, your original ticket remains valid and you can attend South Side Story with your existing ticket category.
• Fan Club Arena access will only be available to customers who successfully complete the upgrade.

Can I change my ticket category while upgrading?

• No. The upgrade process only allows you to upgrade your existing ticket to the Fan Club Arena.
• No alternative ticket categories can be selected during the upgrade process.

What will be an appropriate outfit for SSS?

As long as you’re comfortable, anything is appropriate. But comfy shoes are a must for all that dancing to your favourite performers.

What are the parking arrangements?

Parking is available but to avoid getting stuck in rain, we suggest public transport for a hassle-free experience. Baaki aapki marzi.

Is re-entry allowed?

Of course. But we’re sure you won’t need it because you’re never gonna want to leave.
